Meet the Team
The founding Directors are Hannah Aria, Oliver Squirrell and Helen Oldfield.
Hannah Aria is a Neurodivergent, working class, multidisciplinary artist who has been in professional practice since 2018.
Hannah has ADHD, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, Dyscalculia and Irlen’s Syndrome and is an advocate for reasonable adjustments and access in the arts.
She is also a Trustee for National Portfolio Organisation Unlimited and an active member of Equity Working Class Network and, championing disabled and working class Artists respectively.
Helen Oldfield runs her own PR consultancy and PR coaching business, Affinity PR, mainly serving clients in festivals, arts and culture industries. Her career spans more than three decades so she’s worked in Press and PR with (literally) hundreds of people and organisations, including Edinburgh International Festival, SPILL Festival, Think Tank, Primadonna Festival, Colchester’s First Thursdays Festival, Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance, DanceEast, Northern Stage and Tyne Theatre & Opera House. Oliver Squirrell has dedicated the last ten years to supporting the careers of new artists who have the ambition to inspire the public with their talent. He does this by assisting artists and cultural organisations with fundraising, access provisions and project management.
