About Neurodelicious

We commission and produce accessible live shows and creative projects, whilst developing neurodivergent talent.

Neurodelicious is a Community Interest Company based in East Anglia, established in January 2023. The three founding Directors are Hannah Aria, Oliver Squirrell and Helen Oldfield.

Neurodelicious began as a performance movement for neurodivergent artists and has now expanded to encompass a variety of creative disciplines.

After a busy first year of live shows and a tour, we have carefully considered all the learning points shared by artists, audiences, and our industry mentors. The outcome is a refreshed vision, with revised plans, policies, and priorities to underpin it.

Our New Vision

By being proudly different, Neurodelicious CIC aims to make a difference and be positive role models in the arts industry.

How?

By leading by example in making the arts industry a more interesting, happy, safe, and supportive place for neurodivergent talent.

By implementing a programme of ongoing learning for our Directors, prioritising trauma informed practice training and Mental Health First Aid training.

By prioritising creative projects and performances that explore unique neurodivergent perspectives, processes, personalities.

By choosing work, partners and venues that prioritise psychological safety and by exploring what being well “looks like” for neurodivergent people.

By continuing to facilitate opportunities for joyful play and neurodivergent creative inspiration.
