A truly atypical experience.
It’s not just that all our performers are atypical. We’ve also relaxed all the rules on how audiences “should” behave.
The Neurodelicious live experience won’t leave you trapped in a shaming prison of silence. You can expect tactile furnishings, freedom to move, live captioning and BSL.
Anything but bland.
Each artist is neurodivergent (meaning, all of the company’s team have one or more of the following brain functioning differences/divergences:
(Examples) autism, Tourette’s, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia etc. and they wanted to make accessible shows the norm for everyone. Target audience 14Years +
That’s why they have decided to flip the narrative on “reasonable adjustments”, which most disabled and neurodivergent people have to ask for in order to access live performances.
“We are not vanilla (conventional, standard) but we have a whole new range of performance flavours to showcase. Some light-hearted fun and some darker tales are in the performance mix. We are redressing the balance, so you can experience a whole spectrum of sensory delights.”
